Respite Wednesday

"Thou that dwellest in the gardens,
The companions hearken to thy voice:
Cause me to hear it."

* Elizabeth made this sign for me (at age six).

I am quite jealous, I wish I could be out in the Garden too. I am off to British Lit now :)

That is fabulous! The prettiest sign ever, and what better place to be than in the garden! :)

And a lovely place to be. Even here today is just gorgeous and though my garden is very small I sat there for awhile.

What a wonderful sign. Elizabeth is an artist.

On my way home from England and Scotland on Monday I phoned my husband. What are you doing? I asked. I am out in the garden was his reply. I knew I was on my way HOME, to the best place on earth :-)

I'm just catching up with my bloggy fix. I've been tidying the garden up a bit. My tomatoes are almost ready...
