It's lovely reading your thoughts again De...:-)
It's lovely reading your thoughts again Debbie. I am at the stage of life that I'm more managing my sons education that teaching him so I have more time on my hands. Still finding it a bit difficult to just let go (with everything from memories of old hurts to schooling a child), but I feel a change in the air! I am just about to finish my three year part time Women's Ministery course at the Irish baptist College. It was so fantastic spending time with lors of lovely Christian woman! I started studying art of all things in September and just love that. Nothing to do with being a wife, mother, neighbour etc. it's just for me:) And now my husband and I are applying to the college for a full time Bth degree.. Don't know how that will work out and I actually enjoy learning not to care. The great thing about it is having to fill in the application form and write down my involvement with the church, what courses I have taken part in, what books I have read etc.. Remembering all this and writing it all down has brought to my mind how much God has been in my life and used me and it has been a great encouragement.

I haven't let go as much as you, but reading how you are changing and just enjoying your life in in encouraging to me. I head off today with my son, husband and my sons friend to spend the day in Dublin city going to museums and having lunch out and what a way to start the day, reading your blog. I feel younger, freer and ready to notice and enjoy all the little things the day has in store for me. Thank you so very much!Ruth Macacarthaighnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712079964629702999.post-63737412519011330692013-01-23T16:06:22.468-08:002013-01-23T16:06:22.468-08:00Yep the older we get the better life is:) Yep the older we get the better life is:) Karen Deborahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05892103639142471595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712079964629702999.post-30486186937100657552013-01-21T22:34:36.542-08:002013-01-21T22:34:36.542-08:00:D:DBeckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07857897915331404159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712079964629702999.post-57722587442019753772013-01-21T19:43:38.279-08:002013-01-21T19:43:38.279-08:00;)));)))joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12112607125596693550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712079964629702999.post-67298758249726538362013-01-21T14:36:37.274-08:002013-01-21T14:36:37.274-08:00:):)Triciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00349785408418170356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712079964629702999.post-54000086165550237892013-01-21T13:49:49.177-08:002013-01-21T13:49:49.177-08:00Thanks, Mom. :DThanks, Mom. :DLydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13139819715049539045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712079964629702999.post-60523323070591283342013-01-21T13:48:14.806-08:002013-01-21T13:48:14.806-08:00This comment has been removed by the author.Lydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13139819715049539045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2712079964629702999.post-40455183182133023602013-01-21T12:39:18.223-08:002013-01-21T12:39:18.223-08:00Dear Debbie.......and I learned a lot from reading...Dear Debbie.......and I learned a lot from reading your blog today.
